Are the feds providing financial support? They said Ft. Mac residents were going to get around 9 billion is the money coming in?

I thought there would be some Ft. Mac folks on here that might comment.
House's are going up pretty good in our neighborhood. Id say still 20-30 houses to still go up around our block, lots of garages going up now for the houses that are up. working on my garage as we speak. as for the rest of what burnt down i cant really speak to it as i have not been in those areas lately. As per the money we were given money while we were evacuated witch made it easier that's for sure. Other than that all the rebuild cost were put on insurance companies. I did hear a rumor that some people with no insurance or not enough insurance were givin assistance but i don't know if that actually happened. people are starting to get back to normal though

The sled was an xm but for the life of me I can't figure out what the quad was? 4 stroke with a manual clutch and twin exhaust?
