Was hoping on using 5/8" heim joints and king pin for the front on this thing, but looked hard and they don't make bearings 1 1/8" OD X 5/8" ID, which mean id have to redo my whole spindle barrel setup! So im gonna test for this year with a 1/2" heim joint king pin set up! So i got redesigning my spindle plates to allow +/- 1/2" height adjustment with my 2" barrel.

Oh and my JD Die for the bender came in today ;) frame is gonna be done this week ;)

Should of bought the magnum bender. Cheaper and comes with 3 dies and the jd dies fit in the bender. I got mine for $630 with 1",1.5" and 1.75 dies. Nice bender!

First bend! 90 degree for my 1 1/4" man i love this thing! Using this 90 to gauge how long i need to make what ever bend! Blue marks are inches and black is degrees!

Main frame bent, layed out with bearing carriage/axle in place! Starting to look good!

Pretty decent day I'd say! Main subframe tack welded together managed to get the front end bent up and placed! Measuring out some mounting points for some poly urathane bushings for a tubed engine craddle!

Hope the finger heals quick. Seldom do when the wound crosses a knuckle though. Hope it's not on your dominant hand. Project is looking good though
