Where are some good places for camping in Sylvan Lake or surrounding areas? Meeting up with the sister and her kiddo and would like to be close to the water. We'll be bringing the camper

Jarvis bay provincial park is not bad, a bunch of private sites in town, kind of crowded though , and the water slide is gone now.

There is one at Sun Breaker cove and Jarvis bay use to have one. Not sure what is going on at the Marina now maybe it is private use only.

I noticed one year they made the sidewalk in town bigger and beach smaller,then they had high water and beach was totally gone....someone should get fired

there is a private boat launch for 40 dollars and closed most of the time. No boat launch in Sylvan Lake

Sunbreaker cove is usually where I launch a boat
on sylvan. There is a few spots though...

Next weekend there will be a carnival where the waterslide used to be.

now that is a great spot for a carnival, you guys should be really busy, especially with a bit of sunshine.
