Unemployed Energy Workers are gathering in Edmonton on Tuesday May 30th at 11am. This gathering will feature Engineers, Geologists, Project Managers, Consultants, Rig Workers, Safety Officers, EMT'S, Welders, Truckers and anyone else who is still unemployed.
The Wildrose & PC MLA'S are going to help bring these long suffering unemployed workers plight front & centre to the NDP government and Alberta media. To demonstrate that the bump in winter drilling and the claim of new... "green" energy jobs isn't working. Alberta is at serious risk of losing far too much of our greatest resource. A highly skilled and proficient workforce who are being forced to seek opportunities that will take them out of Alberta forever.
Comment below and share widely if you think this small rally is worth attending, thanks.

Not to knock on what is going on there but this past winter we once again had trouble getting hands. Many people found other ways to make ends meet. That being said when industry turns around it will be Swift and there will be a huge labor shortage. Hope people turn out to see what the new coalition has to say

Yea it's still impossible to find good people right now. It's going to be down right stupid when things get busier.
