If you care to look at your electric bill you will see the imposed penalty by Horgan. This was put on so you could pay the electric bills of those who do not want to pay their own electric bills...typical NDP .
Is that the Crisis Customer Fund charge?

If it is, $0.00820/day is hardly worth talking about IMHO. The sad part about it is in the olden days, they would cut off the power but the pussies got no balls this day and age.

In my case it works out to 3 dollars a year, most would pay more than that though. All these hardly worth talking about things add up. This just totally pisses me off paying off someone elses power bill. Just the principle of it is offensive to me. Paying off Christopher Speer murderer only cost about 50 cents as well.

Of coarse once something is in, it only goes up from there. Maybe they should have and option that you can fork over 300 bucks and pay for a life time contribution to the losers so they cannot exploit a fortune from their victims.

its just not Hydro's $3 per year. What can we expect from Telus, Terrasen Gas, banking fees, insurance etc etc. This list is endless for companies to start charging the small fees to cover payment defaults from their clients. Totally unacceptable for me.

I’ve seen this on my bchydro as well. Why does bchydro get subsidized for delinquent accounts. If someone does not pay our company there’s not a charge on every other customers bill to cover the cost. If there was I don’t think any customer would be paying the bill hoping the other customers will cover there bill.

Did you see on the news the value of the burnt out house in Vancouver. If I remember correctly it said 1.3million. WTF”!
