I'm gonna start a company selling what I call the " Turbelmet". If you're approached by a fish cop you'll be compliant for the new helmet law, and if he asks for your pink card you can accuse him of racial profiling and he'll back off without checking further.
Still testing the "Burkaders" for the females to wear to keep dry.

So before every one on here goes helmet crazy on me,it was a joke.Of course the helmet is the way to go.Just saying that religion now has more power than safety.
You're OK. S&M is a SJW-free zone. (well, there are a couple of the BC guys that border on the line between left-leaning and SJW, but we like them)

from what i understand, if your atv has roll over protection, helmets are not required. i would wear one anyway though.

I think there is too many laws. I don't need to be told to wear a helmet.
I just do it because I don't want to crack my head open.

agreed...crack your melon off the cage hard enough and it could be curtains. the ol' lady and I have been wearing motorcycle half helmets when we ride in the SXS. I applaud the new law, a lot of the mud guys here aren't happy about it tho

yes don't take much to crack your head on a steel roll over cage. i wear a helmet! just don't need another law is what offends me, way to much government interference as it is, but in the end it likely won't affect me much. will just be another way the Nature Nazi's will be able to screw with us.

Apparently they don't have a carbon problem like we do either

haha, maybe, or i was wondering if the natural selection thing was going on! no idea! trying to enforce it would be a huge waste of time i think. but for us we will have every tom dick n trigger turning us in.

Don't forget to check with your local county. I believe Lac St Anne will still require helmets on sxs's. My buddies dad literally putts his sxs around like he is on a golf course and still requires a helmet. Local laws can supersede provincial/federal.
