Don't forget to check with your local county. I believe Lac St Anne will still require helmets on sxs's. My buddies dad literally putts his sxs around like he is on a golf course and still requires a helmet. Local laws can supersede provincial/federal.

Not true. The hierarchy of laws in Canada goes federal, then provincial then municipal. Municipalities can enact bylaws if no superior laws exist, but they can't supersede laws enacted by superior levels of government. That's why municipal statutes are called "bylaws" as they're only enforceable in the municipality where they're enacted.

Do this

Or expect this.

Don't Donkey around till the Kows grow horns. Ha.

Kows are exempt by law too not wear helmets as it could dampen or muzzle the sound of their horns.

It's elegal too tamper with motor vehicle OEM equipment on all domestic live stock used for transportation under act "Bovine Dip Shearia",,, better known as a "Chity Out Look on Life.

2000 lbs of wild Bovine calls for drastic actions.

at hell's half acre last summer they told us helmets were mandatory in the side by side, since the new law says users are exempt if "using an OHV with safe, manufacturer supplied rollover protective structures and seat belts that are worn" does that then supersede parkland's bylaw?

I agree, we were told that a pumpkin shell is better than a watermelon, then they came back at told us that we have too use a certified Mel Mack Bowl that capable of mixed variety of different salads. What the Pete Puck is with this Government.

Can't use a galvanized pale, no leather foot ball helmets, and soft fluffy rabbit ears don't cut it, but a square Lego block helmit is ok so long as its held in place with Dale Earnhart 220 mpr duck-tape.

We even got away with frozen Kow chips this winter, but they are not approved for summer time use.

The new law is too hard to figure out with all the you shale, may not and in the case of.

Guess I'll make mine out of wood since my shoes are.
At least I won't drowned if I tip over in a mud puddle.

Sheeeee-sh, next thing you know we will have to wrap our selves in bubble wrap too leave the house.

Guess I'll have too buy a faster Quad too pack all this foot-ball gear and goally pads on my legs.

I'm still wondering if all this protective gear will fit over top of my Gladiator tin suit.

Dam its hard too fit into all these rules. LOL

Reporting from tin suit as I look for Thunder storm clouds.

Other way around Troy, county and local jurisdiction rules can be tougher than the provincial laws.

Parkland County has had mandatory helmet rules in place for several years now.

I'm getting the Turbo turban beany for this year.

Stitched in Camels riding across the desert sands with 3 Kings with presents too deliver too a lonely child.

The other side will be 3 kings on foot running away from a brigade of USA army tanks with guns a blazing.

Does any one have a RCMP badge I can attach too the front of my Holly Beany. LOL.

With all joking aside, should we be worried about this.I may be wrong but is this not discrimination by way of religion. We are being told that if your not part of this religion then not waring a helmet becomes a crime.
