On computer, there should be a lock icon on any thread you started.

I think locking a thread is only in the hands of the Moderators and/or Administration. I might be wrong........:d

Everyone that starts a new thread has administrative rights to said thread and can close (lock it) themselves.

Report them, you should be able to delete your own classified.
