Nothing can be done about ours at this point anyways. Long gone and we couldn't even find the receipt for it.

The wife is going to call the Brick and see if they can provide the bill of sale. She is also filling the report again.

A guy from Samsung called yesterday and left a message. Needed more contact info and basically asked us what we were after lol. So the wife is dealing with them at this point. She asked my what to say. I said well we need the holes in our wall fixed for one and should reimburse us for the washer machine. We already bought a new one obviously and were not going to wait months for this to pan out. I guess we will see what they do. I don't expect much at this point but there are law suites being filed so who knows.

We went with a Samsung front load 2 years ago - With 2 kids, a dog, and 2 adults, we make a lot of laundry. I'm very happy with mine. The only thing I've had to do to it is clean out the filter on the front of it a few times cause it didn't feel like draining. We bought the absolute largest beast of a thing we could - so happy we did, I can wash my king size duvet, the duvet cover, and the sheets all at once!

We measured ours 3 times before we bought it to make sure it would fit in the laundry nook in our laundry room - on paper it fits - in reality the washer and dryer both bubble out in the middle and we had to cut out some drywall! Oh and completely remove the entire door and casing and all the trim and curse loudly (a lot) when Kevy and I were installing LOL
Did this event bring you closer and more bonded for life.Lol

Yah seems to be a issue with the Samsung line lately for some reason. I have had there products for a long time everything from a small mp3 player all the way up to home appliances and never had a issue. **** I have a TV that I bought 8 years ago when flat screen TV came out and still works like it was new. Also my brother has them threw out his new house and not a single problem. Seems to me that samsung maybe got a really bad batch of parts for there products lately and ****s been hitting the fan because of it. Hopefully they get it figured out because they do make a solid product.
