Awesome! Funny how 95 years later we wouldn't attempt half of that terrain without a lift, 35's, 4wd, and 300+ hp. Perhaps it's more sad than funny...

Henry Ford loved to torture-test his vehicles too. I once saw a video of him and someone in his family off-roading in Model T's (driving them off 10ft banks and such) and absolutely mangling those cars in the name of science haha.

just showed the video to my 91 year old grandfather. He was born in Field and they had a Dodge just like that and used to go to Golden in 2 hrs. Golden to Revi 8 hrs via the Big Ben Hwy. He said those trucks took a beating and they never had to modify them either. Just did not want to break down so far from town.

you need a vehicle that tough if you drive the 43 between Bezanson and G.P west bound....good god that's rough
