Hello Fellow Sledders,
I just found this site and I really like it so far.
I Live in Edmonton and would like to meet some to people to go sledding with to the mountains. I have been out to Valemount and McBride several times over the last 7 years but the group I normally ride with are cutting back their trips to only one a year.
if anyone is interested in having an addition to the group in the future i would like to hear from you.
Currently I have a trip planned for the Weekend of March 8-11 for Valemount. Trying to convince the father-in-law to buy a mountain sled so i can have someone to ride with.

As for myself, I got a new sled this year, a 2007 600 RMK 155 and so far I quite enjoy it. it has had one Trip to Valemount so far this year but would like to get some more miles on it before the year is over.

I am planning to go on a trip around that time. If we hook up for the trip there will be two in the group with 07 600 RMK's. They work great fun sled to ride!

Have fun on the site, and still try to carry on a normal work day

I find this hard for me to do!

NosRX1, keep us informed on the trip. We are gonna find a way to ride together yet.

We will be there Mar 8 to 11,That is the weekend were going with our wives.You could hook up with Sledbunny and come as a couple LOL!Will warn you though , he looks rude in a dress LMAO!Just buggin ya Curtis LOL! rharris600rmk if you see us make sure you stop by and say Hi.Just look for the big orange blur with a bunch of girls following LOL! I ride a Kingcat,wifes on a moutain cat,My buddy and his wife ride new matching RMK's (Red).Not sure what the others are riding!

Big I agree with, but the blur if there is snow will be an orange spot in the snow(stuck again).LOL

i will keep an eye open for you. we are arriving on the 8th and staying at the holiday inn in valemount. hope we can meet and maybe plan another trip in march.

Sounds good to me!Hopefully by then,Ron Ric or Sledbunny will plan a trip to the mountains and do some socializing on the sleds !

My Trip is falling to pieces really fast. My father in law hurt his back and cannot go and now the group i ride with from Athabasca has had some engine failures over the weekend and are out. I am trying to track down some other riding partners but it's not looking too good.
Will keep you posted as i find out.
