Nice to find a great ATV and Sledding Based Forum. Been into off roading and trail riding with my Jeep ZJ 5.9L for a while, Sledding through the winter on my 03 800 XCSP, and Autocross and SIR with my 87 RX7 TII. Looking for another way to enjoy the motorsports so Im looking at buying a Quad this summer. My searching and researching lead me to this site and saw quite a bit from western Canada and figured I should see what this site is all about. So far so good.

Well Ended up findin a nice little unit on Kijiji this week. 2008 500 HO Sportsman. Decent enough condition, 3500lb winch w synthetic rope. Trying to find a FSM for the unit though and not coming up with much of anything. Going to try my best at a quick tune up, air filter, oils change, plug and some grease. Anything else need to be changed? DIffs were just done, but what fluid do they take?

you will have to go direct to polaris for your oils. My 850 takes a different oil for each diff and engine. Stupid I know.

New tires and cleaned up.

Guy I bought it from is getting the seat recovered, supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Hopefully I can put a few miles on it before the big trip to the cabin for the long wkd.
