Hello to everyone. Awsome site and some good reading. Have gotten back into sledding after a 10 year absense and all I can say is I should have got back into it sooner!! Bought a 98 Yamaha msrx 700 and what a blast compared to the old sleds I had years ago. A 1980 johndeere and a 1980 el tigre cat.

Welcome Back To The Sport Goodleo..... 8 Years Ago, Sledbunnyracing And Myself Got Back Into The Sport And Purchase A '73 340 Silver Bullet And A '76 Tnt 440 Everest And Upgraded About A Year Late And Bought A '98 600 Mm Yammy And Curtis Bought The '98 Summit And We've Just Kept Getting Bigger And Better.
We Kid Around With One Of Our Other Friends That Used My '98 600 Mm Yammy For His First Sled Trip...... As We Were Leaving For The Mountains, Curtis Told His Wife This Was Gonna Be A $100,000 Trip For Him......... Soon After We Got Back From Our Mountain Adventure, He Purchased A New '04 Summit 800, A New Gmc Duramax Diesel And His Wife Bought Him A New 4 Place Enclosed Trail -- He Also Bought A Couple Of Older Cats, And An "olympic" 600 Summit And 2 Newer Snowchecked 800 Summits. Guess He's Over $100,000.00 Including The Truck, Gear, Sleds, Trailer, Etc. Too Funny

Hello everyone
I"M new to this as well, this is great.I to have taken up to ridding this year after a long absence. I find that I am having to ride alone alot of the time as my wife and family have different interests. Please let me know if anyone here is interested in a riding buddy. I have been to whitecourt 3 times crowsnest pass once the westlock and athabaska rallies.

Hey Drive55

I Like The Name, But, I Cant Drive 55. Have You Looked Into Joining A Club?? The Fort Saskatchewan Snow Angels For Example, Have Several "club" Rides All Through The Year, And Have A "ride" Calender. At Least, You Would Have Some "riding" Buddies. Its A Great Club, And Very Social......... Welcome Back To The Sport. Sure Seems Like Lots Of Us Having Midlife Crisis, Are Getting Back Into Sledding, After Being Absent For So Many Years.;)

Welcome

Welcome new refreshed riders. Studies show that we all are having more disposiblable income now and many across North America are getting back to doing things that we did in younger years. Snowmbiling has changed so much that riders getting back into it are having very positive experiences. Now combine new fun with new friends and riding areas we all have fun. Summitric and Sledbunny are perfect new riders that are involved and are having a great time with there snowmobiling. Many more out there every day. I was told that Elk Island Sales sold all their old stock that they have been sitting on for a few years that great. Try to find a club and get involved and you will find new friends for sure WE all have. WELCOME:D
