It's possible that you have a bad fuel pump or clogged filter. It should be producing somewhere close to 40lb of pressure. Also, check your electrical connection to the injectors. Finally, you should be able to pull the injector and test the spray pattern against a piece of paper towel or cardboard.

new fuel pump is making 40lbs of pressure, tried starting it the other day and the screen displayed "VOLT" so I replaced the voltage regulator and now it wont even fire. battery v is correct as well. I need to check my connection on my injectors next.

Check that it's making spark, plug is good and not fouled.
I had a issue where the fuel pressure was too high and was flooding my 550 h1 out.

I haven't checked the injectors yet. that is my next option. i'm hoping its that, it set for a few months when that fuel pump went out.

Welcome to S&M
Also check the compression I have worked on some that have been over heated and the compression has been so low it will not fire,,, The timing chains have also been known to give trouble and skip

do they still have the tip over sensor at the back near the tail light?, if so that would stop it from starting.

Also stupid question, have you made sure the red "kill switch" on the handlebar is in the run position? I'm pretty sure that my Arctic Cat would turn over even with it in the "off" position but would not fire.
