It is so true, once you get one..you will never stop..they are very addicting.
When I was 14 years old I asked my parents if I could get a lip piercing and they flipped out saying I was grounded...I was like that is stupid I just asked a question and then they replied well you can get a tattoo if you want. I was like uhhhhh whatttt? So, I got my first tattoo when I was 14 which was a heart with a bleeding rose through it - LOVE IT! When I was 16 I got another tribal heart - LOVE IT...and last year I got my dogs actual paw...- MY FAVOURITE. Now all of them are on my back and I want about 5 more on my back I just cannot afford any of them right now
Next tattoos I want. my last name is Webb, so I want to get a spider. My good friend died at war May 13th so I want to get his tattoo that was a worm with a hook on it and I was to get the ribbon that says I Support Our Troops and I want to get something with my cousin.

Foot one was done by a tattoo artist from Calgary who comes to The Zone (tanning/spa) once a week. I had him draw it up and it was perfect . I can't say I'm totally happy with the tattoo itself. Despite having an amazing portfolio and the quality of his original drawing for me, there is something lost in translation. I can't put my finger on it yet... Going to get it fixed satisfactorily will be he!!, cuz that freakin' hurt.... More than my ribcage tattoo that took six hours hurt!
The wrist tattoos I had done at Classic Tattoo in Red Deer and I was extremely pleased with the service and quality. I will get their artist Jessie Beans to draw/complete my back and shoulder piece, for sure!

Really?! My ribcage tat was the most painful thing I have ever paid someone to do to me. I guess the foot has even less 'meat' to get into.

Once my little femme.bot comes along, I will get her birthdate tattoed on myself. I haven't quite decided where yet, but I really love what Rihanna has on her shoulder:
Not sure that I love the location. I think I prefer the idea of Roman Numerals - Maybe on my ribcage, where it is easily hidden and enough room to add more dates, depending on how many babies we have!
I thought about going dd/mm/yy, but if my little one comes on her due date, I will be marked with X X X, so will have to reconsider my 2 digits, and go with X X MMX.

I checked out NUMEROUS places. Calgary, Red Deer, Lacombe, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Victoria, Edmonton. Believe me it was a looooong few weeks lol. I narrowed it down to Jessica at Capital in Edmonton or Gwen at Painted Lotus in Victoria. They are both drawing up back pieces right now and we shall see who I go with!

I just had my back one started last week. 4 hours in....another 6 or so to go.
Looking for someone that does really good shading to make it pop off the skin. Anyone know of anyone in Alberta? I have yet to find one. Tat was started at Capital in Edmonton....but not lovin it and am now booked in at Deadly in Calgary
