firing problems after being under water

Hey y'all new to the site figured I would see if y'all could help me out I got a 98 Honda foreman 450 es and the oils bad milky but my problem is I'm not getting any fire ( new plug and kill switch is in run position and a new coil) any ideas

Stator or pickup coil is probably bad they are expensive so use a shop manual to look up the procedure on how to test each one

Drain & refill that oil, drain the bowl on your carb, drain your air box, remove the air filter, and try again.

Stand up on tail to get water out of tailpipe it water wing hang in the there and keep dribbling back into cylinder

Pull the plug on bottom of muffler to drain water/drain water from air box/drain oil from motor/pull plug to see if getting spark. Another back in the bush trick is to pull the vent hose from your case to the air box after drowning the quad. All water from case will steam out from your motor.......I have drowned my 450 Honda a few times also.
