Motorola and Kenwood Handheld Programming software??

Hello Fellow Radio Techs!

What are my chances there is software available to program some older (but popular) handhelds I have brought back to life? The radios are NX-200 and Motorola HT1250. I have the USB interfaces and such but none of the programming software
