76CSX map downloading error

I just bought a 4 GB mico Sd card for my 76CSX and was trying to install about 1.6GB of the Ibycuc Topo 3.2 using mapsource. It looks like its downloading to the GPS except the GPS doesn't say it's receiving data and at the end of the download I get an error message "The GPS has returned an error status while receiving data packets" and the map doesn't install. I checked the format of the original card at it was FAT where the new card was FAT32 so I reformated it to FAT and still get the error. I also updated the firmware from Garmen. I can install the map to the card directly from my computer but if I try to upload waypoints to the GPS still get nothing.

Anyone with the 76CSX experience the same problem?

I will be trying install Ibycus to my Rino this week.
I have had some problems uploading with Mapsource with other maps and found a free program called mapupload. It loads to my Rino without a problem.
