Love my Traeger!!! Game changer, so good. I agree not for quick smokie or burger but for most things amazing. I don't find it hard on pellets, definitely worth it, I stock up at Costco.
Costco has a few flavours of pellets also.

Louisiana Grill leaves Tragger in the dust . goes up too 600 degrees , you can open flame sear . works in -20 . not even a comparison
Same and I agree. I bbq’d burgers, steak and chops this past week and it’s been windy here in God’s country with no issues. Monday at 2 am I will start my 22lb brisket. My only complaint is I wish I had a bigger one with a second rack.Has one for 5 years now and wouldn't own anything else.
I did my first pizza last night. It also turned out well. I recommend this way of doing them when it’s hot in the house.A few weeks ago I did pizza
Turned out great

I spatchcocked my turkey for Monday's TG dinner,.. I am using the Princess Auto pellet grille,.. things is pretty awesome for the price and well built.
How was the turkey? Haven't tried to spatchcock one yet but have done chickens a lot
Was really good,.. was my first time doing it. I do lots of chickens,.. and with the turkey being bigger I estimated a little too long so wasn't as juicy as I wanted, but was still plenty of liquid. I think I will marinate inject a little earlier before putting on the grill.
