Back from hunting early to warm to have a moose hanging around. Yes got my Moose and its already all cut up in the freezer. 60 roasts 18 pieces of Tenderloin and 220 lbs of meat for hamberger and sausage. MMMMM good.

What has everyone else has gotten this year?

Congrats on filling that deep freeze w/ meat Glen. Don't you have a cow elk tag to fill as well? If so is it good for zone 344 cause I know where there is a small herd of 9 cows and 2 spiker bulls. Have seen them 3x now over the past week and no one has been bothering them. Have been hoping to catch a glimpse of the herd bull but he hasn't shown himself yet. Our hunting group filled a moose tag and 1 5X5 elk. Unfortunately I don't have any pic's to show but it's all processed and in the freezer.

I got a call from my hunting partner last Monday at 9:30pm; 7 X 6 elk down. It was 5:30am when we got it to town; but at least there's 1/2 an elk in the freezer so far. Congrats on the moose Glen; you guys need to start putting in for 352; way less busy, and waaaay more moose.;)

Shredder do you hunt 352? I hunt the border of 352 and 344 along the berland river from donald flats to chase flats.

I work in 352; I'm here year round. We have wells on the ANC road so I know a few ways to jump across by quad from the Smoky Main into that Berland country. I don't put in for moose draws (Mrs. Shredder prefers elk); so I don't even hunt swamp donkeys.
