seen a vid on youtube of some guys sled boarding some epic terrain that they said was right near pano resort, was wondering if anyone had the details on how to access this place? or would care to show a fella around? ill be in the area thurs and maybe friday

um not too sure if thats the area, it was a different video i saw. In the video the guys said they dropped off their sleds and left from pano resort and ducked under a rope somewhere. That looks like good riding too though. care to show me and a buddy around this thurs or fri ? we were planning on riding quartz creek but we can make our way to invermere. we both have sleds and beacons probes and shovels and ast1 training, we snowboard, neither one of us is pro on sleds but we get around lol

the pics and video were from paradise basin across from pano. access from toby creek adventures.

if they were ducking under a rope then they would probably be accessing from the resort into out of bounds terrain. no sledding permitted on the resort side of the valley.

i've got plans this weekend, sorry.

new snow is needed around here, most spots are getting pounded. if there is new snow before the weekend use caution, heavy hoar frost on the surface right now which may make things ugly.
