![]() | Rock guards Hey guys, Picking up a new travel traielr and I'm wondering which rock guard to go with. The Rubber mat type or the Grass skirt. Which one is better to use and why. I'm thinking the rubber mat only because most of the grass skirt ones I've seen are gummed up with mud/snow/ice. Thanks for any info. |

![]() | Re: Rock guards Culvert, I would look at a brand called ROCK SOLID. They are a solid plastic that comes with a bracket that mounts on to a ball mount or equalizer hitch shank, so you only have it on your truck when you are towing a trailer. Not like the Horse hair ones that mount permanently. They cost about $149. Mark Thirsk Happy Camper RV Happy Camper RV - Edson, Alberta 1-888-782-2678
