![]() | 6 litre fuel mileage. So what are you getting? What mods have you made? With a steel deck and 2 sleds(Phazer and 550 poo both fans) 4.10 gears,auto.,k&n,265/75/16 tires, Stock other than the k&n, I'm getting about 11 miles to the gallon hwy. Need to get it up a little more. |

![]() | Re: 6 litre fuel mileage. 2004 2500 HD with the 6.0 got 13 last time we checked. K&N intake. We were also pulling two sleds on a triton two place WITH salt guards. They likely make a huge difference as we found out when we used to pull with an S10

Forgot to tell ya that im looking at getting headers too just for a little bit more juice and flow, but look into getting your cat deleted if you know any compan that tunes vehicle computers.....light speed innovations in red deer....then you can have ultimate power and milage.

One thing I noticed years ago though was pulling the trailer at a buck twenty you could literally see the gas gauge moving. Slowing down to 100 or 110 nearly doubled the mileage.

![]() | Re: 6 litre fuel mileage. I get 12+ with a m1000 and m8 on steel deck.It all depends on how ya driver er. usally above speed limit.Just about 300 kms on er.5 speed helps.
