Manual Calls for Ford 15W40 Super duty oil, or 10W30 Superduty oil I have the maintenance plan but I didn't I would use the Amsoil LUBRICANTS & FLUIDS Engine Oil Grade 1......CJ-4 Synthetic 5W-40 Premium Diesel Oil 32 to 122°F......10W-30 Above 68°F......15W-40 Above -4°F......5W-40 Under 50°F......0W-40, 0W-30

| Re: 2008 F350 Super Duty engine oil?? We doo lots of 5w40 synthetic petro-canada oil in the fords(and all diesels for that fact) diesels....... One of the best, cleanest oils anywhere.......

I run 0-40 mobil 1 delvac synthetic or esso XD3 0-40 synthetic in the winter months (oct to april)there both CJ-4 rated and damn expencive 145bux a 4X4 but were runnin 60K+ trucks so you gota buck up. and the Luberfiner oil filter, there made better than the ford ones and there 16 bux not 35 for the ford. If you look at them side by side you can see a huge difference.
