Hey is this another repeat of when we signed Roli and he played the last 10 games that year and got us into the Playoffs? Do I smell the playoffs again? Not saying that we will go far but is anyone feeling the same vibes as 2 years ago?

Isn't that the truth. So do you think it's possible? Also what do u think about new blood with the new ownership possibly taken over? Boys on the bus on their way out? Or is Mac T on his way out or 1 more season as the head coach?

Well they can't lose more than 2 games or they are out. Can they make it.....I think they can.As for MacT i think he should be moved within the oilers but not as coach. With the new owner he will put lots of money into the team and hopefully we will get a few more better players and replace the lazy ones and get a real hard nose coach....... thats my 2 cents.

I don't think the boys on the bus are done yet, but i do hope the new owner will take us back to promised land, it would be great to start winning stanley cups again!

latest stats are they have a 9.8% chance of making the playoffs, as of right now but gotta start somewhere

Snowseeker... We can only hope that the Oilers can keep it going and squeek into the last playoff spot!! It would be awesome... if they do you have to wonder if they would not be burned out by then?? They are young and paying well right now so who knows?

I'm going to the game tomorrow against Phoenix so they better win!

I agree but I think that Mac T should be moved to another job in the organization. Also I like Stoll but man is he not producing along with 2 many stupid penalties. I Just think that the veterns aren';t playing for Mac T anymore.

I agree with getting a tougher coach but my opinion is to get rid of all the dynasty coaches completely. We're no longer a dynasty team and need new young blood that think differently, or should i say, think like we're in the year 2000's as we are. Gretzky days are over its a completely different game. Mac T, his crew and their ancient style has GOTTA GO!!! I believe Katz is going to make big changes and am anxiously awaiting any announcements but I dont think much will happen next year. Just my opinion.

If the Oilers want to WIN and make the PLAYOFFS they need not only a new COACH they need a new GM as well. The new owner will also need to spend some $$$ and go after some Big Name Free Agents this summer.
