Canada Day long weekend

Where are you heading for the long weekend. I should of started this a week ago, as Im sure some are allready at there destination. With a big

. Me Im on call so I have to stick around, just going to hit the bruderheim area on Saturday.

Off to the Cabin

at Pigeon Lake with boat in tow. Saturday we play a round of golf in Kananaskis Country (which will be Awesome) and Sunday/Monday it sun

, watersports

and a few brew

with family and friends.

I'm also off to the cabin tomorrow (Saturday) as my girlfriend has a big exam she has to write tomorrow morning. Have a few cold drinks, lots of good food, and visit with the extended family.

Its not a well known lake.... It's called "Crooked Lake" its up north of Athabasca about 50km. Just outside of Island Lake. Back towards the Chain Lakes provincial Park. Haven't been up since last summer, I'm quite looking forward to it

You betcha, mom & dad, uncle & aunt, gramma, and another aunt...... Poor girl doesn't know what she's in for yet..... she may decide to stay in the trailer all weekend

A group of us are off to southwest of Rocky Mountain House for some random camping. First time at this location. Looking forward to checking out some new trails. I hear this area gets real busy. I will post pictures of our trip.

PULLING THE TRAILER OUT TO A FRIENDS CABIN

AT "THE" LAKE LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THEN IT'S OFF TO KANANASKIS FOR A ROUND OF "FREE" GOLF(GOOD BUDDY FROM CALGARY IS BUYING A FREE ROUND FOR 3 OF US FROM UP NORTH HERE)

SATURDAY AFTERNOON, THEN BACK HERE AND 2 MORE DAYS OF R&R

........LOTS OF ICE COLD BEERS

AND TEQUILAS

AND BOCCE BALL AND WATER SPORTS

AND MAYBE A ROUND OR 2 MORE GOLF. OMG,

SOUNDS LIKE WHAT SLEDBUNNY IS DOOING. GUESS WE'LL BE DOOIN' THE SAME THING

Sledbunnyracing which course are you play on saturday MT. Kid, or MT Larriet
If you never golf there before take your camera, you'll probably see some wildlife.

If your play MT Kid hole#13 is a fun one. I am heading down to Ponoka for the rodeo this weekend

should be a good and drunk time...YAHOOO

Not sure which course we are playing. We have been golfing at Kananaskis for the last 13 years in the 3rd week of Aug. A group from Calgary and and group for Edmonton play for bragging rights and a trophy and we camp in the luxury of our buddies 27 foot trailers. It's a blast!!
This is just a warm up round. We may even get in a round a Pigeon lake this weekend as well.

Well the Jet Boat races are here this weekend

so ill be watching that

. aswell as Heading out into no mans land

for a quad trip this weekend. then probly relaxin
