| Re: blowing up gophers west of calgary I wonder if something like that would work in my yard in the city... I have gophers that have a couple of holes in my yard... Just worried that the blast would crack the cement on the sidewalk. One of the holes is right beside the sidewalk. |

| Re: blowing up gophers west of calgary While we're on the topic of blowing up gophers, does anyone here varmint hunt. I really miss hunting gophers since I moved to the bush. One of my favorite gopher killers is a .204 Ruger mark II with a Leuopold vxIII. I'll post a pictures if anyone is interested. I wouldn't mind hooking up with some fellow members for an afternoon of beer and bullets or I mean bullets then beer. I also am big time into trap shooting and have ALL the gear. Let me know.
