reverse?

Hi, I have a 01 polaris edge 600 xc. I would like to put reverse on it and I heard that a PERC from a 03 polaris should work? does anyone know? thanks

i looked into it last year for the wifes 600 rmk, i was told for unloading etc it would be fine but the oil pump does not pump in reverse so it wouldnt get oil while it was in reverse.i wanted to do it as the kits on e-bay were cheap enough .but i sold it to a buddy as wife never used sled.
