coolant bottle delete.

For those that have removed the thermostat and taken the bottle away, where are you picking up the replacement part for the coolant bottle?

I'm envisioning a "T" with a rad cap on the top for filling and regular level check.

Tank is for expansion, That is why there is a hot and cold level. I guess you can run without the tank, but I sure would not run without a thermostat.
If it is for weight loss, there are a lot of other ways to reduce weight, and focus on the rotating weight as well

what motor do you have ,ran a 670 for years with no thermostat and no over fill bottle you can order a tee and cap from an artic cat cant remember the year just let it warm up good.

$125 for an overflow bottle are you kidding me! Get an arctic Cat filler neck($10) pull your thermostat and call it a day.
