I made a custom tail light and hide the wiring with conduit for a cleaner look. The windshield is just cut down. I just need one more piece of aluminum to cover this hole.

That looks amazing...i love the ski-doo blue...keep it shinny and clean the blue is the best color i think...what did you use to cover the wires?i wanna move mine from the seat to the back so i can put new seat on...did you just connect the old wires to the new lights?

I just extended the wiring and ran it through stainless conduit,(used in instrumentation) and some little rubber coated fasteners to hold it in place.
