  | Secondary Clutch Spring Replacement (650i) OK, I have a maroon spring for my BF 650i and the spring compresser. Any other tips or helpful hints on how to change the secondary spring. |

Have a friend to help just in case(spring shoots thru your head or you fall over)or you need a third hand. 3. patience is a virtue. 4. general knowledge of an atv cvt system. 5. make sure you read the instructions carefully. Have you done a sec. spring change before?

| Re: Secondary Clutch Spring Replacement (650i) Turns out I made a booboo in my posting. It is the primary spring I am changing. As they say.........you can fix ugly....but you can't do much about stupid! |
