Re: My new Mud Bogger

Thanks. Tires, rims, lift kit, plastic was around $7500.00. Snorkels I did myself they only cost $25.00. I got only about $2500.00 into the motor so around 10 grand altogether.

Re: My new Mud Bogger

Probly like 72 to 75 hp off the crank. I never had it dyno'd I tuned it myself but with the motor work done I figure that is a pretty close guess.

Re: My new Mud Bogger

If you want power there are alot of options now. There are turbo chargers that claim 50% HP increase, around $3000. Not sure on prices but there are also Big bore kits, 840cc Complet bolt on kit, 1069 needs some machining, And I think there is a 11somthing coming out very soon. I belive you need a "chip" to remap the fuel air mixture.

Re: My new Mud Bogger

I have looked at all those upgrades. Not interested in a turbo yet, Mr Rpms 1004 BBK looks real good and looks very impressive in the pits and in the off season that is probly what I will do. I am already running a PC 3 due to the engine upgrades I have already. I tune it myself with a A/F meter. Kinda wanted to see how good I do and how much I break before i do any more engine upgrades.
