 | Speedometer quit Hi, I have a 2004 Sportsman 500. For a time, the speedo would work intermittently but now has quit all together. All wires and the sensor seem to be in place and not damaged. Any tests that I can try? |

| Re: Speedometer quit the speed sensor is probably shot. it is a black sensor mounted on the front right brake rotor. it is a farely common part to crap out. if i remember right it is a farely cheap part and is easy to replace.
