Exclamation Boondocker NOS cylinder recall

I just read in Snow Tech (Pg. 46 Sept 2007 issue)that due to a defective safety valve, boondocker has recalled all their nitrous bottles with a serial # on the valve of higher than 132349 (# is stamped on the safety valve body, near the knob).

Re: Boondocker NOS cylinder recall

Don't forget to check your bottles, I did and have to send mine away. Not a big deal as I shouldn't be blasting the new engine with it right from rebirth.

Re: Boondocker NOS cylinder recall

What needs to be fixed is the blow off valve, you can take it in to the place where you bought it and they should have some replacement ones to fix you up.. I know that us guys at specialty have some.. we have a bit of a hard time keeping them in stock at times due to the shear number of bottles out there.. it is not only boondocker bootles it actually includes several different makes of bottles cause reovac makes blow off valves for several NOS companies.
