Question Stacking?

How do you stack a VDI and a Moose module? Is it worth it? does it make a noticable difference over the moose stand alone. thanks

Re: Stacking?

There would be no need to stack the VDI with any other module.
The VDI can adjust timeing and fuel to optomize the requirements for your machine.
Each machine may be differant there fore you can change fuel settings and adjust timing throughout the RPM range.
I have had the VDI for over a year now and would not be without one. Very tuneable for differant sized tires.
or clutch setups.
Curious to what machine you are thinking of adding this to??

Re: Stacking?

Absolutely no point, and no extra gains to be had. All the module does is fool the bike into thinking it's going faster than it is at low speed to defeat the low end timing retard.

With the VDI or Dyna, this low speed timing retard is totally gone anyway.

Re: Stacking?

I had the moose chip on my Brute 750 then switched to the Dynatek CDI but left the Moose chip in because it is hard wired in, just in case I have to go back to the OEM CDI. The dynatek CDI overide the moose chip and it doesn' even come on. Im not sure if the VDI does the same thing or not?
