do i need a controller

I have a 07 grizz 700 and have it running dual snorkels and i want to put a hmf pipe on but need to know if i gotta buy a controller also to keep it running right. thanks for the help on this

Yup you do. Your bike will run lean if you don't(exhaust will heat up fast and turn red) That's if your bike even starts.

On the 2007, you can change your fuel settings. Will this compensate enough? I too am getting a pipe and maybe a hotcam. I know you can increase your fuel settings and i have done it already on stock, so i wonder if it will cmpensate enough. I think i will try it first before spending the money on the box.
