 | Snow soon?? When do you guys generally start getting colder weather ? I want to plan a trip for nov 11-16 generally what are the riding conditions in mid nov up at renshaw/belle/lucile?

 | Re: Snow soon?? We always ride either the weekend before or after the 11 Nov. Just depends on the snow, sometimes it's really sketchy at the unload but normally alot of fun once up top. The renshaw is usually the only place in Mcbride accessible at that time, gotta drive back to 23 kms or so, and allen creek is usually the ride in Valemount that weekend. Any earlier than that is setting yourself up for disappointment. I've seen guys go up last week of October and ride rocks and a couple inches of snow and call it a ride, but in my books that would be a complete waste of money and time. I, like everyone else, wants to hit the snow as soon as possible, so if you want a no BS snow report just keep it here and you'll get pics with the facts. We are out there all the time visiting the folks.

| Re: Snow soon?? Snow up top will start any time now. Usually the boys are up sledding the first week of November. Let's hope the snow pack is a little better/safer this year.

| Re: Snow soon?? The clouds lifted enough to get some pics of the hills this mornin and this is what we got to see.. And saw the geese startin to fly this mornin alsoso it's all startin to look good.
