![]() | Quad friendly RV Parks? Hi We are from Ontario and are planning a trip to Alberta/BC this summer. We are travelling in a Motorhome and Toyhauler and will be bring our quads. We really want to do some nice riding in the Mountains. We are looking for suggestions for a great riding area and any RV Parks that will allow quads and have trails that leave directly from the parks? Thanks Dustyjo |

![]() ![]() | Re: Quad friendly RV Parks? Bighorn dam area west of Rocky Mountain House on highway 11. Free, random camping and enought trails on both sides of highway to keep you going for a couple of days. Outwest southwest of Rocky Mountain House(their add is on this forum somewhere) have to pay, but an excellent site and a lot of trails, keep you busy even longer, and they have a quad wash, showers etc. Can quad right out of camp. There are more, those are just 2 of the easier once to get to. Others will mention other places to go. Buy yourself a Backroads Map book of central Alberta, about $ 20 at gas stations, Safeway stores, Wally World. |
