Hey guys and gals

We wanted to post a couple more pictures of our 2010 decks, as they begin to roll off the production line, and highlight some of the great standard features our decks come with.

While decks are coming in from over seas, manufactures are coming out with stripped down lite versions of their decks, other companies are removing great features and integral parts of there decks to cut costs,

We at Full Lotus Mfg continue to introduce great new features to our line of decks without increasing our pricing. How are we able to do this you ask? Through continual monitoring of our manufacturing process. By creating jigs for each of our welded components, which allows for precision parts each and everytime. By using our computer controlled equipement to drill and cut parts. By using our in house mandrel bender to bend all of our components. With keeping all our manufacturing in-house we can control the quality, the process and of our course the finished product. This allows us to keep cost down low on the manufacturing end, and allows us to add great features to our decks without increasing cost.

We beleive that there are customers that still want a quality product with top of the line features that will last year after year, season after season. For the others you can purchase the lower cost decks, add your super clamps, your superglides, constantly replace the cheap warped wood decking, having your deck in at the welding shop getting cracks repaired and having your ramps worked on instead of using them, changing wiring etc.... by the end you will have spent more money on that then if you were to buy quality from the begining, and you will still have a deck that will need constant attention.

Just mounted mine all up and wow is the final word on this deck only had it out driving around for a week and so far 3 i'm jealous comments lol keep up the nice work guys
