  | Photos of "layering" - How they slide. Here's a couple of photo's I took today out Quading/Trackin'. Shows exactly how snow layers up and is ready to slide. This little guy let go about the time my pals quad got alongside.

| Re: Photos of "layering" - How they slide. Great pics. Everyone riding in the hills should take an avy course that teaches you all about the layers in the snow pack and what to look for. It's info that will help you decide if an area is safe to ride or not.
