05 rev 800 HO, pipes don't recommend any , there are some race twin pipes around that like rev around 8500 rpm+ little finicky for tuning, would probably drive you crazy.
a good 830 kit we build and or head and porting works well with stock pipe.


98 summit 670x with big bore I would recommend Jaws twin pipes. we sell jaws pipes if your interested. we had one fellow ride with us he had twin jaws on and it ran well up to 10,000' in the golden area.

what kind of hp would i be pushing with the 830 kit on my rev or with head and porting do you have a price too and do you make an 860 kit

well am i the first to notices that the those pipes say jaws on them? i thought you said you built the pipes?

Jaws will sell their pipes in either a raw or kit state. When Jaws ships them out in a kit state they will be painted ready to install. But if you look alittle closer to the picture, the pipes look like fresh TIG welds and no paint.

I can give you phone numbers of clients who have our 830 kits and they can tell you how they compare to other kits. thats probably best, up to 20hp gain.
