Schedule Info( All times approximate)

--08:30 General gathering at cabin. Meet and great thing.
--09:00 Final preps on drag hill
--09:30 Warm up heats begin
--10:30 Elimination rounds start.
--12:00 Final heat to declare fastest sled

--Once final heat is done , we move over to the hill climb area. This is where the bbq area is located. About 1.5 kms back towards the cabin.

--13:00 Hill climb portion starts.
--16:00ish Hill climb is over and we should hopefully have a winner.
--20:30 banquet begins at Pemberton Legion.(Check below for banquet info)

Banquet Info

Banquet is held at the Pemberton Legion again this year. Seating is limited so get your tickets early.

Tickets are $35. Its a buffet and there is live band . We will also have the UFC PPV going in the background turned down on the tv. Because the Legion is no different than a pub the PPV cost $500. Hopefully all you die hard UFC fans will donate to help Lapp and myself out on this one.

Food will consist of baron of beef, ham, salads, breads, deserts and all fixuns .Michelle promises nobody will be disappointed.

All four major manufacturers an the hill.

This year we a proud to announce that all 4 major manufacturers will be on the glacier setup in the drag hill area. They will be demoing what their sleds and what they have to offer for the 2009 season.

Look for them and show your support. Sign up and take a test ride.This is your chance to actually see them on the snow side by side. How cool is that.
