skid plate installation

i just ordered skid plates for my quad, just wondering the easiest way to get to the underneath and install them, and you folks have done, i dont have access to a hoist.

do you have a wench on the front of your bike? i used the wench over the roof truss in my garage to lift the bike vertical to put on my skid plate

just remember to put a 2x4 under it then let the line out so the 2x4 is holding 50% of the bikes weight much safer that way
