new Dirt bikers

Hi, I'm a new to dirt bikes and bought bikes for my two boys and myself. I was going to check out Bruderheim... do I need insurance, registration for these bikes? They are off road only (no lights) and we have been riding only on my acreage to date. Thanks!!

You do on crown land, and any long weekend is usually when the rangers are out checking.

Thanks for the reply! Do kids require plates for 100cc bikes, as well? These bikes don' even have lights on them.

They usually just want to see insurance and registration regardless of cc's.


For the record you do need a light and a spark arrester, but I have never been asked for that.
