What's in your backpack

Last year there was an excellent thread on what to pack in your back pack and on your machine when mountain riding. I am wondering if the member can re-post the thread or let me know the link. I am trying to put together a plastized safety card for our new club members who may be venturing into the back country as a check list. I am also looking for some emergency contact numbers for the Valemont and McBride areas. These numbers would be for the hospital, RCMP, helicoper company's for evacuation or any local search and rescue. Once I have the information in a consolidated format I will PM anyone intrested in having this information
