| Re: What brand of beacon do you use? I use a tracker; our spare is an SOS. The BCA Tracker is waaaay easier to use. My 7 year old son found the SOS out in yard no problem with the Tracker.

| Re: What brand of beacon do you use? Pieps DSP and I will never get anything less than a 3 antenna beacon in the future. This unit is so accurate. I ended up getting 4 of them for wholesale price ($240 each) off ebay because the seller could not get me the original type (SOS F1ND) I planned on purchasing. I am glad I didn't choose to get my money back when he could not get the SOS. There is no chance of ghosts or spikes like the 1 and 2 antenna beacons, and there is even a 4th antenna on it to do a self check when it starts up. It has a battery percentage indicator on it, and can easily be used for multiple burial rescue.
