  |  Revelstoke or Valemount? We wanna make a trip from the 19th to 23th, just not sure where to go? Its about an extra 2.5 hrs for us to go to Revelstoke. | Re: Revelstoke or Valemount? Where are you coming from? Sounds like Edmonton area. Valemount and McBride are both excellent and are your closest options. The riding is very comparable in all the mountain locations, Revelstoke is probably the busiest. All of these town can provide you with maps to the riding areas, usually found in the hotels and gas stations. Pick your destination and I'll give you some tips, I've ridden them all many times.
