Racing Sleds

Is it true that you need a race resume to buy a racing sled new? Or is it just on special order basis?

To order from the factory yes..
In western canada it is hard to find brand new race sled at the dealer, it is rare to find them and if you do it will be a hold over usally for someone that races but backed out.. Once and awhile you will see them in the trader usally about a year old or so..

I have been on the hunt for the past while for the right one.. and yet to find the deal iam looking for.. The cheapest and best way looks to buy outa the states..
