Nytro VS Apex

hey guys, was talkin to a guy today and we were kinda bullchitin about sledding, anyway he came onto the topic of his turbo nytro and was tellin me that at 14 lbs of boost (rear mounted turbo) he could smoke an apex with a front mount turbo running at 24 lbs of boost. now it seems to me that there must be something wrong with the apex's setup cause at 24 lbs of boost he should be rockin a TON of hp, and the nytro isnt that that much lighter...... felt like sharin, any opinions ??!!

What the hell was he smoking.That would be almost 490 HP.Can't see is happening

Not likely, my rear mount at 15lbs had no problem out climbing a rear mount nytro at 12lbs.

Haha Geez, that was wayyyy too funny Pipes, NO way 14 pounds of boost is gonna beat 24, just that simple.

lol i aint got nothing to do with joey !!! and yeah glad im not the only one thinking that, cause my apex is pretty damn hard to hold onto.....thanx for the feedback guys lol

Could smoke him at what,,a drag race? hill climb?? snow cross??freestyle jumps??twisty trals??More Hp usually wins,but in some circumstances it comes down to rider and other factors...Handling,suspesion.ext.

As a ski doo guy, I can say the apex looks like a tank.(no offense) Never ridden one,,but to me they just look fricken huge.lots of hp tho..

But a turbo nytro on the other hand looks like a bad ass all around sled
and almost eneogh to make me want to switch to yamaha,,but not quite...lol

hillclimbing. nah man ive got another 6 inches on top of the stock bars on my apex, approx being 18 inches off the seat and that sled is as nimble as a rev, i sh*t you not. its awesome lol, has mega horsepower and has climbed everything ive pointed at, sumtimes takes a try or 2 tho lol. but i do agree, if your not used to a sled or not an experience rider then maybe sumbody who knows how to ride with lower boost could beat the other BUT i know these two guys and both are extremely good riders. so im thinkin either the one guy is maybe bullcrappin me or the apex isnt working right.
