Best trail riding areas on Jan 21

We have cancelled all mountain riding trips until the snow pack sets up. So we are going out Jan 21 somewhere. Leaving from Red Deer. Who has the most snow?

not sure who has the most snow but down here in the okanagan around hunters and owls head are pretty good now people have been sayin havent been out yet do to motor rebuild but goin out this weekend mountians are a little safer now

Owls head is a little far for a day trip. Was hoping Nordeg or whitecourt had some good snow, but might be alittle late with the warm weather.

There wasnt much snow left around the hummingbird. I was out there this weekend and with +10C its was dissapearing fast.

There was some nice pic of some good snow around whitecourt, but that would be a 3hr drive for you. Have you check out the trails around Caroline and sundre?

I have not been out around Caroline/Sundre in along time. But would like to get out and try the new mods on the sled. 3 hours to Whitecourt is not a big deal but kind of thinking going there or Radium at 1 more hour diff. Still would rather stay closer to home.
